Below is a list of resources that may be helpful:

This has been a challenging time for many in our community, and we want to offer support where we can. The FHA 203(k) loan program is one option that may help homeowners recover and rebuild after the recent fires in California. This program allows you to finance repairs to fixup your home and includes up to $30,000 for renovations, If you decide to buy anything that effected by the fires or NOT effected by the fires and simply needs repairs or updates you can take advantage of these government loan program, you can also buy a property with just a 3.5% down payment for to purchases and still get more money for renovations or repairs.

Since we also recognize that it’s hard to get resources for help doing these times so, we’ve compiled a list of resources to assist with temporary housing, financial aid, and other recovery needs.

So if you have family, friends or Co Workers that can benefit from this please refer them to me For more information about the FHA program or other available resources, please don’t hesitate to call or email us. We’re here to help.
